(If we don’t ship to your country, you will be notified during checkout.)
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 days of ordering, contact us at support@porjecto.com.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided:

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

If the order is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer's expense.
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Contact the courier directly first with your tracking number.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
9. Order Cancellations After Shipping
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you no longer want the item, you can initiate a return after receiving the product (see our Return Policy).
