Return Policy

At Projecto, we want you to love your mini projector. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Item must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse.

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery.

  • Gift cards or downloadable software (if any).

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Products marked as Final Sale.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable) of the product condition

We will guide you through the return shipping process.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable, unless due to our error.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing time can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@porjecto.com.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty unit for the same item, email us at support@porjecto.com with details and images.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or video showing the issue.

  • We will assess the problem and offer a replacement or full refund.


9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
